We gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on forgano.com within 30 days of delivery.
Tips for Easy Returns : Try on new items indoors to maintain their original condition.
All items, including any extra laces provided, must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused condition. Include the original shoe boxes with your return.
Defective items may still be accepted if they have been worn.
